Little Scientist
Brand: Mudpuppy
Pieces: 500
Size: 51cm x 51cm
Product Code: -
How cute is this puzzle?
If you have little ones who are interested in learning about famous scientists throughout history (or if you're a big kid like me who also wants to learn and appreciates cute imagery) then this puzzle is the perfect tool!
The design is cute, bright and accessible and highlights 16 influential scientists- both male and female- their fields and their achievements (obviously in a very basic way). The design entices the puzzle-doer to go out and further research the person and what they have achieved. While their names aren't featured on the puzzle image, they are provided in the box on a foldout poster.
This puzzle was quick and fun to do and there are others of a similar style in the series. I feel like this is one I'll have to collect all of!

Healthy Breakfast
Brand: Puzzlebug
Pieces: 500
Size: 46cm x 28cm
Product Code: -
I couldn't resist putting this one up this morning- I haven't put many food-related puzzles up in the past and this one was simply too enticing. How yummy do all these fresh foods look?!
Many cafes and restaurants are starting to open to sit-in customers now, although there are strict rules in force regarding how many people can be seated and how far away from each other they have to be. I can't wait till the day when we can once more go out to eat without having to worry about covid-19 restrictions!
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this puzzle, and hopefully you'll be able to enjoy something similar at your local cafe sometime soon.

Vintage Nancy Drew
Brand: Cobble Hill
Pieces: 1000
Size: 67.6cm x 48.9cm
Product Code: 80051
You have no idea how excited I am to tell you this- during the week, libraries opened up again!
My heart is full :)
Because I work during the week and they are only operating for limited hours, I haven't had the chance to go in yet but I plan on making my first visit back today. I'm so excited! (Trust me, I know how nerdy that sounds lol).
To celebrate, I have decided to put up a puzzle that I did a little while ago of the Nancy Drew book series by Carolyn Keene. When I was a kid, I used to devour her adventure/detective stories. They were the best! And when I saw that Cobble Hill had produced a puzzle featuring some of the vintage book covers, I knew I definitely had to do it! It brought back so many fond memories.
This puzzle was quite quick to do- I worked mainly by each cover, piecing them together as I went. The only issue I really came across was when I was photographing it (so you can blame me rather than the puzzle) I couldn't get a nice clear photo of all the covers! Sometimes the text would be too light-coloured to read clearly. But the above was the best I could do so I'll just have to settle for it. It brings nice memories back anyway.
Nancy Drew was just one of my many favourite book series. Which ones did you love?

Portofino, Italy
Brand: Cardinal
Pieces: 500
Size: 27.9cm x 35.5cm
Product Code: -
I felt like putting up a travel scene today- a beautiful aerial shot of the coastal town of Portofino in Italy,
I have never been here but I adore the colourful view of this place, with its brightly painted buildings alongside vibrant blue water. It has a nice summery feel in comparison to the cold greyness of home right now.
This puzzle had quite small pieces (which, as you probably remember, I absolutely love) and the colours were vibrant. The pieces fit well together too, which is always a bonus with these cheaper brands.
